Wendy Gladney is a Life Strategist, Success Coach, Consultant, Author, and Speaker. She is a multi-faceted businesswoman with close to a quarter-century of experience in various professional fields, which has given her a wealth of knowledge and an opportunity to hone relationship building skills. Wendy has made it her mission to work with individuals, leading community-based organizations, small businesses, and corporations in America to help them get past the stepping stones and become stronger and more successful.

 

​ Wendy received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She is also a graduate of The Protocol School of Washington, certified and licensed to teach/coach International Protocol, Etiquette, and Intercultural Understanding. She is also a certified coach, where she graduated from Antioch University Coaching Tools Program.

 Wendy's professionalism extends through the many businesses she built, such as Personal Services Plus, L.L.C. (PSP); Season of Greatness (S.O.G.); and Forgiving for Living, Inc. (FFL).  Wendy also has membership in notable organizations, including International Coaching Federation (I.C.F.), Screen Actors Guild (S.A.G.), UCLA Black Alumni Association (UBAA): Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and others.  She sits on the board of directors for the International Visitors Council of Los Angeles (IVCLA); and the American Women for International Understanding (AWIU).

Her influence also extends abroad as she participated in the UNCTAD Conference in Lyon, France, and later was part of the China Trade Mission with the Upland Chamber of Commerce in 2005. She was selected by The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles as an Ambassador of Goodwill and Global Relations to Israel in May of 2015. In October of 2015, she traveled to South Korea with G.C.S. as a Goodwill Ambassador on behalf of Los Angeles. For her achievements and commitment to the community, she has received several honors and awards. Wendy continues to communicate her message in her weekly columns for both the Los Angeles Sentinel and the Inland Valley News.

​​Wendy is a mother, grandmother, and wife.  She has committed her life to balance faith, family, and community.  She has thrived  no matter the season based on her belief that everyone has the power to make a difference, and her motto is: "Healing Without Hate:  it's a choice, it's a Lifestyle, Pass it on!"

Mission

Forgiving For Living, Inc. (FFL) was founded in 1999 with the mission to help at-risk girls between the ages of 13-18 overcome behavioral and mental health issues in addition to low self-esteem due to depression, abuse, and/or abandonment. We help provide the necessary tools to live a healthy life through our Ambassador Program, workshops, and annual Conference which offers mentoring and life skills. To date, we’ve touched the lives of over 3,000 girls.

The Vision of Forgiving For Living, Inc. is to give our girls hope and purpose through understanding the power and importance of forgiveness. We hope to restore one's self-esteem, self-confidence and provide tools for a better and more productive life.
